I spent all yesterday working on a website for an actual, live, and most importantly, paying client. Went to bed worn out but triumphant because only a few minor tweaks remain. (the site isn't live yet so can't send the link) Then this morning, the fan in my power supply starts acting up. It had done this last week for a couple hours and then stopped, lulling me into complacency. Now the darned thing is back to making a screechy, whiny noise and vibrating the whole workspace. I tried putting on headphones to block the noise but I can feel the vibrations in my keyboard. Ugh.
Yesterday, R took A and H out to get a new bike for A and golly, is it ever large! It's the right size for her but I can easily ride it if I just raise the seat a bit. Where's my little baby gone? It doesn't help that I spent a large chunk of yesterday looking at stock images of babies and getting all maudlin and nostalgic.
