People may have thought we were a bit odd because every time we heard the word Thunderbirds, we started walking with that jerky marionette gait & laughing hysterically. Oh yeah, we are so mature.

What else is new? Roo was looking at watches because he likes watches & there is a birthday looming. I mentioned that I saw some of the aviators at the airshow had pretty sweet watches, and we've been chatting about what makes a watch cool and how big it has to be, and can it be too big. (I say yes. You don't want to look like you're over compensating....)
I also mentioned, in passing, Daniel Craig's Bond & his watch and Roo said without missing a beat, oh that's an Omega. Bond has an Omega. Roo is all "it's common knowledge" but really, is it? I think not. It is a nice watch though, isn't it?
In other news, I'm deep in the midst of planning our next homeschool year, making schedules, ordering curricula, trying not to panic & mostly procrastinating a lot. How can it be almost the end of August?

I know, hard to believe that summer's on the way out. Maybe because it was so late to get started?
At our house, it's "what, it's Friday already, really....how can that be?" As in we have two markets to attend tomorrow and Sunday, and it seems like we were just there.
Darn! Now that I realize it was the watch I was supposed to look at... I had to look at that James Bond pic a 2nd time to check out the watch. What a hardship that was! LOL
That's a fantastic watch. I can't stop looking at it.
