Roo & the kids promptly made not just one buckyball, but proceeded to make a second, larger one. The large one had some stability problems but they had fun making it.
I didn't do anything except squeak once in a while "that's my DNA! don't break my DNA!". It's in the top photo, being jiggled by Hugo. Stop jiggling my DNA!
Buckyballs incidentally are named in honor of Buckminster Fuller. They are models of fullerenes, an allotrope of Carbon discovered in 1985. Read the wiki here.
