OWL is the Orphaned Wildlife Rescue Association and that man is holding a barn owl on his shoulder. We had a quick tour of the facility and a presentation on owls. My kids enjoyed it.
On the way home we bought Okanagan cherries, and local raspberries and strawberries for $14 at a roadside farm stand. All the fruit was gone by 10 pm. No wonder my food bill is high.
Hugo had a dr's appointment for a weird rash thingy. Looks like it's just a bit of dermatitis.
Monday is our weekly library day so we did that as well. Amelia stocked up on Nancy Drew, and another Vinyl Cafe recording. Hugo picked up a set of TinTin. And that, dear friends, was Monday.
