Last week Amelia took a one day cake crafting class at Cakeaters. She had a great time, learning to work with fondant, gumpaste, and other decorating techniques. And she brought home this yummy, beautiful cake!
That's impressive. I realize it's a violation of numerous criminal codes but I would like to purchase or at least rent your daughter for a month! I hope you're going to France. She should have pastry mastered in no time!
Wanderlust - We are going to Paris! And if we get hooked on macarons, I learned there's a "French from France" pastry chef in Vancouver who teaches classes in those :D
