Still here!

Painted the master bedroom last weekend. It is SO gorgeous. And it turned out to be not quite like our old bedroom. The Home Depot computer didn't have the color in their computer anymore and so they did the colormatch thing - which yielded a color a little bit different - more blue/gray with not as much green. We are very pleased.

Haven't fixed the computer yet so that's still on my list of things to do. If I disappear for a long time, you can safely assume I've taken a sledgehammer to the thing and am waiting for a new one to arrive.

Started a doggy training blog - it's a boring record of our progress or lack thereof. We need to tackle this problem and deal with it. That will be the summer project. I have delusions of it taking no more than a few months, but the reality is that it will take much, much longer. Conflicted is a vast understatement for how I'm feeling about it.

Kids have been listening to the Last Camel Died at Noon. (read by Barbara Rosenblat. Do not even think about getting the other reader. I have said this before, but it bears repeating - it's Barbara or nothing.)

My copy of the Tomb of the Golden Bird just arrived. I'll be on the deck, reading.
