Forgot my swimsuit & had to ADAPT! Like a Marine! Luckily, this is the relaxed West Coast and nobody would freak at seeing an unclad woman in the lake.
Mental note for future trips:
1. Take a whole bottle of ketchup. Kids like to put a lot of ketchup on their tofu hot dogs.
2. Disable the power door on the van &/or recharge the engine every day.

Welcome back. I'm glad you had all the good weather...we had all the heat and the a/c in the van broke, again. So we changed plans and adapted as well...
